Whilst driving is obviously a very physical skill, just like any other new topic,
it still requires you to do some reading about it as well. If you know
the theory behind something, you are much more likely to do it better.
For
that reason, we are providing a list of books, CDs and videos that you
will find useful and which you can usually buy directly through Amazon.co.uk
(probably at a cheaper price than in the shops) by clicking on the appropriate
book title. You won't need them all but the ones marked with an * are
considered essential.
At
the bottom of the page we have also provided a link to a page containing
details of companies who provide car insurance, mobile phones etc.
